1. Fulfillment Center & Origin
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Global Fulfillment Center in Chengdu, Sichuan. Our facility is strategically located near the Shuangliu International Logistics Hub, one of Asia’s premier transportation centers. This proximity to a major international airport allows us to move your package into the global carrier network (FedEx, DHL, UPS, or specialized jewelry lines) efficiently once the quality inspection is complete.
2. Processing Time (Ready-to-Ship)
Unlike traditional jewelry models that require weeks of production, we maintain a curated Ready-to-Ship inventory to ensure timely delivery.
- Order Verification & QC: 1-2 business days.
- Final Hand-Polish: Before shipping, every piece undergoes a final artisanal check and polish in our workshop to ensure it meets our rigorous standards.
- Dispatch: Most orders are inspected, packed, and handed over to our logistics partners within 72 hours (3 business days) of purchase.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer tracked international shipping to ensure your treasure arrives safely. Please refer to the following estimates:
- Standard Express: 7–12 business days.
- Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days (available for select regions).

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey from our Chengdu hub to your doorstep. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once the carrier scans the package.
5. Custom Duties & Taxes
For most major destinations, our shipping process is optimized to minimize customs delays. However, please be aware that any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Secure Packaging
Every Timeless Trove piece is shipped in a discreet, tamper-evident outer package to ensure security during transit. Your signature luxury gift box is nested safely inside to guarantee a perfect unboxing experience.
