Returns & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
At Timeless Trove, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To ensure a smooth refund process, returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Pristine Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and free of scratches or signs of wear.
- Complete Packaging: All original boxes, tags, and documentation must be included.
- Certificate Requirement: If your item was accompanied by a GRA Moissanite Certificate or other authenticity documents, these must be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Requests made after the 30-day window.
- Items that show signs of wear, resizing, or damage by a third party.
- Personalized or custom-engraved products.
4. Return Process
1. Submit Request: Email essence@timelesstrove.net with your order number and reason for return.
2. RMA Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
3. Ship Back: Send your package to our Quality Center in Chengdu. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. (Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged).
5. Inspection & Refunds
Once received, our artisans will inspect the item within 2-3 business days. Upon passing inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal). Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
