If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange, subject to our standard terms and conditions.

Please Note:

  • Original Condition: All returned products must be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition, accompanied by all original packaging and documentation.
  • Moissanite Certificates: Returns must include the original GRA/Authenticity certificate (where applicable). Due to the high cost of laboratory recertification, a replacement fee of 30% of the order amount will be deducted for each missing certificate.
  • Inspection Process: Once received at our Chengdu Quality Center, items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
